We want you to feel unstoppable in your Hella Heels, so if your fit isn't perfect, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the soles are protected and free of scuffs to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Heels

  Place the shoes back in their original Hella Heels box and protective dust bags, ensuring they are securely packed in a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
